Tier 1-Outreach Program:
Giving back and building the cycling community is important to Breakaway Cycling Team and road cycling as a whole. Therefore, Breakaway Cycling Team has an outreach program aimed at educating and supporting juniors through advocacy, education, and collaborations to bring about change and more support for juniors/advanced women.
Tier 2-Regional Team:
Regional team allows riders to develop their skills and knowledge further in competitive racing. For junior/women cyclists wanting more knowledge of cycling. This team will race at local and regional events. Based on fun with emphasis on racing. This team will also support those that are just interested in racing locally and/or just wanting to learn and improve on road riding. The regional team is designed to support various levels and needs to allow for various rider types to find what best fits/drives them. We aim to keep/get more kids/women on bikes.
*We support riders at what ever level they decide. The more support they need, the more support they get.
