Breakaway Cycling Team Financial Support Application
Breakaway Cycling Team was founded to provide high quality coaching and more to aspiring junior racers. To ensure that program fees do not deter willing juniors, Breakaway Cycling has a financial support program to assist those who qualify. The funding comes from foundations, individual donations, and fundraising.
Support may be available for families of riders needing help paying program dues. Applications are welcome.
Amounts & Eligibility:
You may request any amount of financial support up to 100% of program fees. The amount of financial support provided is based on a sliding scale considering the size of the family and adjusted gross income. The level of support is also dependent on the availability of funds and the number of requests.
Payment Installments:
As an alternate to financial support, you may request to pay program fees in several installments instead of a lump sum.
Deadlines:
Application for financial support can be submitted at anytime after the team’s roster is established for the upcoming season. However, funding is limited so early submittal is highly encouraged. The goal is to establish a roster by November 1 with financial support applications to be submitted no earlier than that date.

2) Breakaway Cycling Team may request verification of the taxable income during the approval process.
*All decisions regarding financial support are made based on available funds and number of applicants and are at the sole discretion of Breakaway Cycling Team and its Board of Directors.
